She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Moats and Elsie Goldie Sisler Moats; and her husband William Franklin McKinley, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Cathy J. McKinley of Moorefield, WV, Crystal D. Carroll (John) of Mt. Vernon, TX and William F. "Billy" McKinley, Jr. (Connie) of Fayetteville, NC; and her siblings, Cora Wilson of Reedsville, WV, Dora Lea Everly of Kingwood, WV and Arthur Moats of Albright, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
