She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Jeremiah Wratchford and Bessie Lee Gochenour Wratchford; and her husband Ray H. Baldwin. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte (Les Walker), Lyle (Kay Baldwin), Esther (John Thomas), Nancy Thorne of Moorefield, WV, Kevin (Barbara Baldwin) and William Baldwin of Moorefield, WV; and her siblings, Lena Hinkle, Bonnie Hines of Moorefield, Lila Ann Sine of Winchester, VA, Phyliss Shobe of Richmond, VA, Dorothy Ritchie of Harrisonburg, VA and Walter Wratchford of Walkersville, MD. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 recommendations, wearing of masks and social distancing by individuals unvaccinated is recommended.
