He is survived by: his son James (Melinda Blaine) of Moorefield, WV; his siblings, James A. Blaine, Sr. of New Bloomfield, PA, Bonnie Webber of Mechanicsburg, PA and Mildred Blaine of New Bloomfield, PA; and his grandsons, Daniel Paul Radle, Jason Scott Radle and Collin Eugene Blaine.
