We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2024, at the age of 88, Agnes Marie Gutta of Morgantown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Dawson and Agnes Bartylla Dawson; her husband Carmen Gutta Sr.; her son Stephen Gutta; and her siblings, Pauline Dawson Renforth and James Dawson.

She is survived by : her sons, Carmen Gutta Jr. (Karen) and Scott Gutta (Shelley); her grandchildren, Kayla Gutta Cook (Zach), Lindsay Gutta Reed (Zach), Carmen A. Gutta III (Jessica), Taylor Gutta Stark (Luke), Bradley Gutta and Caitlin Gutta; her great grandchildren, Landon Cook, Peyton Cook, Camryn Cook, Tripp Reed, Rhett Reed and Wyatt Stark; and her siblings, Martha Craft, JoAnn Kun and Melvin Dawson.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church (1 Guthrie Ln, Morgantown, WV 26508). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Agnes Marie Gutta to St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church, 1 Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, West Virginia 26508.
