It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Ann Fowler (Walls) Putkowski (Morgantown, West Virginia), who passed away on May 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Emil Fowler Sr. and Carol Sliker; her siblings, Kimberly Fowler, Laura Gibson, Jennifer Skinner and Emil Fowler, II; her friend Connie Gibson; and her husband Vince Putkowski. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members.
