We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2021, at the age of 69, Gary Dale Fazenbaker of Morgantown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale M. Fazenbaker and Gertrude Fazenbaker; his sister Patty Fazenbaker; and his daughter Natasha M. DeBerry of Clarksburg. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Miller Fazenbaker of Morgantown; his sons, Dale M. Fazenbaker, II of Morgantown and Larry DeBerry of Kingwood; his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Ray Ryan of Indiana; his nephews, Tim and Michael Ryan; his grandchildren, Oaklynn, Hanna, Abbey, Jacy, Cayden, Gunnar, Grayson and Garrett; and his close friends, Barbie and Jake.

Family requests that all guests wear masks and practice social distancing.
