He is survived by: his children, Janet Carr (Joseph) of Fairmont, Jennifer Pena (Gorgonio) of Kemp, Jennis Biser (Dwayne) of Tennessee and Janis Ruckle; and his siblings, Shirley Moore, Homer Ruckle and Basil Ruckle.
