He was predeceased by: his father William Holbert Van Voorhis. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Ann Van Voorhis (Wade); and his brothers, William Van Voorhis of Oakland, MD, Ken Van Voorhis (Becca) of Clover, SC and Gary Van Voorhis (Lee-Ellen) of North East, MD.. He is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
