She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Hayes and Lucille Hayes; and her husband Carl A. Rotter. She is survived by: her children, David Rotter (Vicki) and Martha Dougherty (Leo); and her great grandchildren, Mariah, Catherine, Owen, Riley, Roman and Addalynn.
