She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Bolyard and Ollie Watkins Bolyard; her husband Benjamin Earl Powell; and her siblings, Martha Keener, Margie Johnson, Ellen Dunn, Sophie Bolyard, Blaine Bolyard, Carlos Bolyard, Charles Bolyard and Foster Bolyard.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Kaye L. Peterson (A. Wayne) of Yorktown, VA and Gregory Earl Powell (Judy Lynn) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Brett Lewis (Melanie), Erica Peterson and Stephanie Padrick (Heath); and her great grandchildren, George Trekas, Harper Lewis, Haiden Lewis, Ashton Padrick and Lily Padrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews; and a host of extended family members and friends.
