She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Luzader and Bessie Luzader; her son Robert "Bob" Juristy; her husband John Osburn; her son-in-law Charles Childs; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Luzader and Arthur "Pete" Luzader.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Nicholson (Randy), Helen Hays (Carl) and Lisa Childs; her grandchildren, Christopher Nicholson, Ryan Hays, Courtney Hays, Hilary Helmer (Mark), Conner Childs, Claire Childs and Isabella Wilson (Taylor); her great grandchildren, David, Josephine, Maxwell Nicholson, Elliot Helmer and Mackenzie Wilson; her brother James "Jimbo" Luzader (Emma); and her close friends, Ken Harvey and Angelia Dorsey.
