He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Rakosi and Marcella Rife Rakosi; and his sisters, Barbara Fiorini, Donna Wolfe and Sandra McCabe.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Vannoy Rakosi; his children, Amy Todd (Jason), Abby Coulter (Jonathan), Joshua Rakosi (Crystal), Gavin Coulter, Lane Todd, Erin Todd, Paola Rakosi, Nevaeh Todd and Franco Rakosi; his siblings, Rodney Rakosi and Kimberly Bell; and his friends, Debbie, Butch and Mike. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
