It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Donley of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Janine Lea "Blue" Yoho Whipkey. He is survived by : his father Charles Donley (Diane) of Moundsville, WV; his daughter Jessi Lynn Donley; his brother Glen Donley (Summer Mets) of Moundsville, WV; and his nieces, Jade and Dakota. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
