She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Lee Hicks; her husband Sylva "Sheb" Johnson; her son Terrill Johnson; and her brother Donald Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Brent Johnson of Cameron, Kathy Mason of Louisville, KY, Brenda Evans of Cameron and Karen Johnson of Moundsville; her sister Doris Holtz of Moundsville; and her grandsons, Dennis Johnson and Ronnie Evans.
