She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph R. Kurnik and Violet Lucas Kurnik; her husband Jack; her brothers, Joe and Barry Kurnik; and her son Andrew.

She is survived by : her children, Joseph (Abby) of Calcutta, OH., John (Bene), PAand, Kathryn Martens (Chris) of Westlake, OH. and Ruthann Rodgers (Ted) of Belle Vernon, PA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
