It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Clark of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Glencoe, Ohio, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Jeffers and Lustie Jane Jeffers (Rowand). She is survived by : her husband Roy S. Clark; her sons, David Clark of Duluth, MN. and Mark Clark (Donna) of Moundsville; her grandsons, David Clark, Matthew Clark, Jonathan Clark and Samuel Clark; and her great grandchildren, Landon Gregg and Wyatt Clark. She is also survived by five brothers; five sisters; a grandson.
