We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2023, at the age of 92, Goldie Mae Wayt of Moundsville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James E. Gilbert and Osie M. Gilbert (Myers); her husband Jack Wayt; her daughter Debbie Sue Lohr; and her siblings, Gene, Clarence, Junior, Eleanor, Grace, Mary and Florence.

She is survived by : her sons, Roy Lohr (Georgianna Phillips) of Wheeling, WV and Roger Wells of Glen Easton, WV.

Goldie was a kind and giving person who always made it a point to donate to causes that were close to her, such as St. Jude Children's Hospital, various Indian Reservations and multiple veterans organizations.
