She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McCardle and Sylvia Tenan McCardle; her husband Robert; her siblings, Lawrence, Glen, Kenneth, Donald and Viola Joyce; and her son Malcom Kotson.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Kotson (Helen) of Bellaire and Carl Kotson (Nicole) of St. Clairsville, Ohio; and her pet Bitty. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and some nieces and nephews.
