She is survived by : her siblings, Ray Stephens and Sharon Stephens; and her children, Carolyn Alexander, Dave Alexander Jr. (Bobbie), Dan Alexander (Ashley Buckley) and Dale Ann Yoho. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
