She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Green and Shirley Green (Pippen); her daughters, Tommi Lee and Terri Lynn Davis; and her sister Patricia Scott.

She is survived by : her husband Lewis A. Bloise; her daughters, Tammy Richmond of Moundsville, Kelly Pinkston (Vin) of Evans, GA and Heather Blatt (Dan) of Moundsville; her sister Deborah Frink (Alan) of Perth, Australia; her grandchildren, Megan Richmond, Caleb Richmond, Blake Pinkston (Ashley), Ross Pinkston (Samantha), Bailey Pinkston, Alexa Blatt (Tyler Myers), Quentin Blatt (Grace Westfall) and Connor Blatt; her great grandchildren, Logan Richmond, Oliver Pinkston, Sophia Pinkston, Nathaniel Pinkston and Cambria Pinkston; and her nieces and nephews, Jimmy Scott, Suzanne Scott, Katie Scott and Tracy Frink.
