She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Stocklask and Shirley Burton Stocklask; and her sister Christy Holmes. She is survived by : her husband Chuck Spain Sr.; her sons, Chuck Jr. Spain (Kirsten) of Moundsville, WV and Mike Haynes (Rhonda) of Moundsville, WV; her brothers, Frank Stocklask (Monica) of Moundsville, WV and Matt Stocklask of Moundsville, WV; and her grandchildren, Jaxsin and Parker. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
