He is survived by : his mothers, Florence Patricia "Patty" Bettinazzi of Circleville, OH and Barbara Bettinazzi of Glen Dale, WV; his aunt Ellen Bettinazzi of Martins Ferry, OH; his brothers, Anthony Bettinazzi (Emily) of Breman, OH, Andrew Bettinazzi (Jessica) of Circleville, OH and Mathew Bettinazzi (Kelly) of Glen Ellyn, IL; his stepsister Michelle Fiore (Mark) of Las Vegas, NV; and his nieces and nephews, Lucia, Ida, Edith, Sebastian Bettinazzi and Alex Fiore.
