She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gonchoff and Anna Kielbasa Gonchoff (Gajor); her husband Stanley "Sam" Mysliwiec; her brothers, Bernard Kielbasa, Michael Kielbasa, John Kielbasa, Albert Kielbasa and Edward "Eddie" Kielbasa; her half-brothers, Joe Gonchoff and Frank Gonchoff; her sister Anna Mysliwiec; and her half-sister Regina Gonchoff. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great- nephews.
