She was predeceased by : her father Peter P. Kurelac Jr.. She is survived by : her mother Patricia Kurelac (Kutek); her siblings, Karen Kurelac of Glen Dale, Paula Zimla (Jay) of Glen Dale and Pete Kurelac III (Jessica) of Wheeling; her nieces, Samantha and Sydney Zimla; and her nephew Peter Joseph.
