He was predeceased by : his parents, George Jack Fuller and Rita Prado Fuller; and his brother Fred. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Parsons Fuller; his children, Lisa Rose (Rick) and Robert Fuller (Bonnie); his grandsons, Evan Robert Verba of Moundsville and Jace Thomas Fuller of Moundsville; his brothers, George Jack Fuller (Jo) and James Fuller (Vicki) of Durham, NC; and his brother-in-law D. L. Parsons (Kathy) of Moundsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
