It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dwaine Blake of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Glen Dale, West Virginia, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Blake and Vera Blake (Church); his son Jeffery Blake; and his brother Marvin Blake of Belpre, OH.. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla "Perky" Blake (Nation); his daughter Stephanie Madden of Moundsville; and his granddaughter Paige Och.
