Ronda (Jackley) Rutan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronda (Jackley) Rutan of Moundsville, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jackley and Betty Jackley (Richmond); and her brother Gene Jackley (Charlotte). She is survived by: her husband Steven Rutan; her children, Corbin Clark (Adrianna), Cheyenne Douglass (Paul) and Shayla McDiffitt (Sonny); her grandchildren, Ryder, Boone Rutan and BreAnna McDiffitt; her sister Deb Richardson (Chris); her sibling's children, Dolf, Dillion Richardson and Holly Jackley; her great-niece Sadie; her great-nephew Hunter Hobbs; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1109 2nd St, Moundsville, WV 26041). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family has requests donation be made to the Marshall County Animal Shelter where Ronda was a proud supporter for many years.
