He was predeceased by : his wife Emma Jane Monroe Koski; and his brothers, Dale and Marlin. He is survived by : his children, Pauline Hill (Michael) of Moundsville, WV, Phyllis Anderson (Bill) of Moundsville, WV, Hannah Hood of Dillionville, Ted Koski (Lynn) of New Martinsville, WV and Paul Koski (Elise) of Moundsville, WV; and his siblings, Phyllis Bara (Rudy) of Mannsfield and Phillip Koski (Mayvs) of Shreve. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. and some nieces and nephews.
