He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Andrews O'Hara; his children, Timothy Mark O'Hara (Shannon) of Goldsboro, NC and Janet Marlynn O'Hara of Monaca, PA; his grandchildren, Teagan and Mackenzie; and his siblings, D. Terrence O'Hara (Carolee) of East Liverpool, Patrick O'Hara (Stephanie) of East Liverpool, Kathleen Hursh (Eric) of Carmel, IN and Becky Jane O'Hara (Gerald Gendreau) of South Kingstown, RI..
