He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Stevey (Tracy) of Moundsville and Bruce Blake (Kathleen Crabtree) of Wheeling; his children, Aaliyah Nichole Blake of Moundsville and Aden Jhon Blake of Bellaire, Ohio.; his brother Bruce L. Blake (Bonnie) of Moundsville; and his stepsiblings, Kevin Blake (Amanda) of North Carolina, Derrick Blake (Tina) of North Carolina, Dakota Blake of Wheeling, Zachary Stevey (Johnna) and Alicia Stevey (Ricky Britton) of Moundsville.
