Janet Tanner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2021, at the age of 79, Janet Tanner of Nebo, West Virginia, born in Floe, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roma Gibson and Reva Knotts Gibson; and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Gibson, Eugene Gibson and Mabel Jean Gibson.
She is survived by: her husband Dewey L. Tanner; her sons, Rick Tanner (Pam) of Nebo, Randy Tanner (Diane) of Arnoldsburg, Tim Tanner (Christina) of Sutton and Scott Tanner (Shelly) of Scott Depot; and her sister Joann Cadwell of Servia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, a nephew, and several nieces.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held for the immediate family, with burial following in the Nebo Baptist Church Cemetery, Nebo.
