She was predeceased by : her granddaughter Amelia Grace Shafer; and also Jason Lawson. She is survived by : her parents, Walley Bailes and Patsy Bailes (Bryant); her husband David Spurlock of Nettie, WV; her sister Angie Bailes of Nettie, WV; her daughters, Natasha Shafer (Daniel) of Caretta, WV and Alesha Reyes (Juan) of Beckley, WV; her stepchildren, Irene McGee (Mikey) of Nitro, WV, Amber Hensley (JC) of Nitro, WV and David Spurlock Jr of Urbana, MO; her grandchildren, James, William and Sarah; her stepgrandchildren, Kenneth, Dakota, Cody and Collin; and the father of her child Kelly Steele of Statesville, NC. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
