We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2018, at the age of 83, Allan Patchett (New Creek, West Virginia), born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parent Joseph Edmund. He is survived by : his parent Mary Virginia Patchett (Ervin); and his cousins, Arthur A. Patchett and Joseph E. Patchett.
