He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas W. Constable and Bessie Mae Constable (Link); his wife Nelda Ruth Constable (Lambert); his son Richard William Constable; his son-in-law Steve Amtower; and his siblings, Waldo, Stanley Constable, Virginia Wilson and Hazel Snyder.
He is survived by : his daughters, Dawn White of Moorefield, Janet Stonestreet of Flintstone, MD and Nelda Evans (Ed Steel) of Burlington, WV; and his sisters, Loretta Bergdoll of Purgitsville, WV, Arlene Adams of Keyser and Geraldine Hefner of Moorefield. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
