It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Raymond Knotts (New Creek, West Virginia), who passed away on June 6, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Willard "Jim" and Irene Knotts (Applegate); his wife Evelyn Knotts (Leatherman); his sons, Ronald Knotts and Jerry Leatherman; and his brother Charles Knotts.
He is survived by : his close friend Connie Harsh of Aurora, WV; his brother Richard Knotts of Spelter, WV; his children, Rhonda Saville (James), Donald (Teresa) of New Creek, WV. and Roger Leatherman (Irene) of New Creek, WV.; his daughter-in-law Tammy Leatherman of Keyser, WV; and his grandchildren, Greg, Scott, Todd, Marc, Chris Leatherman, Dawn Foutz, Jason Emry, Cheryl, Aimee Saville, Ethan and Samantha Knotts. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
