Shawn left this world on December 9, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Fisher and Hazel Fisher (Wilson); his significant other Kathleen (O'Connell); his children, Brendan Fisher (Kimberly), Megan Haskins (Guy) and Sharon England (Jonathan); his grandchildren, LeighAnn Mullins (Coy), Maura Haskins, Sarah Tomazich (Landon), Lydia Haskins, Ethan England, Connor Haskins, James England and Simon England; his stepgrandson G. Christopher Yoho (Theresa); his great grandchild Amira Sage Mullins; and his siblings, Orin Fisher, Kenneth Fisher (Margaret), Janine Young (Dan) and Clayton Fisher (Elisabeth).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services (380 Penco Rd, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
