She was predeceased by : her parents, Webster Rosier and Molly Rosier (Allman); her former life partner Robert Stern, Sr.; her grandson Robert Wayne Stern; and her siblings, Charles Rosier, Jim Rosier, Dave Rosier, Mildred Hall and Mandy Stern.
She is survived by : her husband Kenneth "Ike" Gallaher; her children, Robert Stern, Jr. (Barbara Kay) of Glen Dale, WV, Patricia Cameron of Moundsville, WV and Mary Fordyce (Larry) of Moundsville, WV; and her brother Tom Rosier of Jamestown, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
