We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Elsie Rose Williams of New Martinsville, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Ross and Geraldine Roxie Clegg (Duke); and her siblings, Florence Clegg, Faye Price, Walter Clegg, Geraldine Howell, Twylla Young, Bernadine Burton, George Clegg, Lillian Mattson and Leslie Clegg.

She is survived by : her sons, Randy Mylar (Paula Johnson) of New Martinsville, WV and Richard Mylar of Parkersburg, WV; and her brothers, Phillip Clegg (Lorna) of New Martinsville, WV and Thomas Clegg (Jane) of Charlotte, MI. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
