He was predeceased by : his parents, Hylbert "Junior" Heflin and Beverly Heflin (Arnett); and his sister-in-law Tammy Heflin. He is survived by : his wife Jessica Heflin (Livingston); his son Thomas Heflin of Jacksonburg, WV; his brother Jeff Heflin of Harpers Ferry, WV; and his nephew Tyler Heflin of Harpers Ferry, WV. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
