He was predeceased by: his mother Mae E. Forrester; and his grandparents, George and Minnie Resseger. He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Resseger (Allen); his son Jason Resseger (Rodawna) of Fly, OH; his grandchildren, April Conley (Ryan) of Fly, OH, Ciera Carleton of Centerville, OH and Karissa Lallathin (Corey) of Sardis, OH; his great grandchildren, Lane, Mazy, Abigail, Bradyn, Abi, Benny and Kayce; and his siblings, Sharon Forrester of New Martinsville, WV, Rhonda Dennis (Larry) of Woodsfield, OH, Jack Forrester (Aderina) of Ravenswood, WV, Randy Forrester of New Martinsville, WV, David Forrester of Ravenswood, WV, Jeff Forrester (Martha) of New Martinsville, WV, Tom Forrester of New Martinsville, WV, Tim Forrester of Ravenswood, WV, Rodney Forrester (Diane), Steven Forrester of New Martinsville, WV and Larry Resseger of New Martinsville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes (1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville, WV 26155). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home - New Martinsville (1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville, WV 26155).
