She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel E. Brown and Mona Day Brown (Dunham); and her daughter Kayla Lipscomb. She is survived by: her husband David J. Lipscomb; her daughter Kasee Porter (David) of Wheeling, WV; her grandsons, Samuel David Porter (Abby Giffin) and Jeremy Scott Porter; and her brothers, Gregg Brown (Cheri) of Jacksonburg, WV, B. "Mark" Brown (Shelly) of Hundred, WV and Bryan Brown (Tracey) of Jacksonburg, WV. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes (1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville, WV 26155). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home - New Martinsville (1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville, WV 26155). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
