He is survived by : his mother Peggy Isaacs (Lipscomb) of New Martinsville, WV; his wife Kimberly Isaacs (Bishop); his children, Tyler Isaacs of New Martinsville, WV, Aaliyah Isaacs of New Martinsville, WV, Allison Isaacs of Shadyside, OH, Audrey Isaacs of Woodsfield, OH, Anna Isaacs of Woodsfield, OH and Ariel Isaacs of Woodsfield, OH; his sister Jaki Isaacs of New Martinsville, WV; and his grandmother Dottie Isaacs of New Martinsville, WV. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
