He is survived by : his wife Kim Dye; his children, Jeremy Dye, Justin Dye (Cheyanne), Kelsey Duke (Scott) and DJ Duke (Tessa); his grandchildren, Carlee, Brandon, Cayden Dye, Emmett, Oakley and Duke McMullen; his mother Terri Riggenbach (Tom); his stepmother Debbie Dye; his brother Chris Simon (Deanna); and his nephew Cody Simon.
