He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther Shafferman and Dessie Deavers Shafferman; and his grandson Nicholas Swan. He is survived by : his wife Pauline Deloris Pyles Shafferman; his children, Sandra Mae-Schoen, Kenneth of Hawk, MI, Mona Lisa Shipp, Timothy, Thornton, Brenda Marie Shafferman, Charles Henry Shafferman, Carrie, Jason Albert Shafferman and Amy; his grandchildren, Veronica, Alexander, Randy, Colon, Cara, Ciera and Cenzie; and his great grandchildren, Leesa, Liam, Rodney, Travis, Alex, Jr and Chase.
