She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Thomas Marrs and Finie Elice Nunley; her husband John Thomas Bowman; her children, Kerry Bowman and Linda Bowman; and her siblings, Ernie Marrs, Ray Marrs, Pearlie Stevenson, Ella Lou Graham and Edna Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Burton Bowman of Newhall, WV, Bobby Bowman of Newhall, WV, Roger Bowman of Newhall, WV, Carson Bowman of Newhall, WV, Steve Bowman (Wanda) of Coalwood, WV, Doreen Tester (Bruce) of Tazewell, VA, Valerie Hubbard (Joshua) of Tazewell, VA and Charlotte Carr (Leslie) of Newhall, WV; and her brother Shirley Marrs of Brewsterdale, WV. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
