He was predeceased by: his parent Elmo Lee of Newton, WV; his wife Patsy Irene Jarrell (Manning); his son Patrick Shawn Jarrell; and his sister Linda Kay Jarrell of Newton. He is survived by: his parent Lorene Jarrell of Newton, WV; his son Michael W. Jarrell (Heather) of Saint Albans; his granddaughters, Cheslea Nicole Lee Brown (Jeremiah Brown) of Charleston, Ashleigh J. Hill and Christopher Wheat of Saint Albans; and his great grandchildren, Makayla Haven Rose of Saint Albans, Calilayna Rose Brown and Eva Snow White of Charleston.
