She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Hans Mateboer of Weaverville, NC; her brothers, Joe Kellam (Doris) of St, Albans and Charles (Phyllis) of Wheeling; her sisters-in-law, Betty Woods of Chesapeake and Pat Cooper of Delray Beach, FL; her cousins, Gerald Warwick (Joyce) of Oak Hill and Patricia Freibert (Dave) of Lexington, KY.; and her caregivers, Emily Rollins, Anita Scarbro, Connie Bailey, Melanie Nady and Kathy Farley.
