With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Cornell (Ona, West Virginia), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Collins and Nora Dawson Collins; her husband Charley Cornell; her siblings, Clarence Collins, Martha Hardesty, Evelyn Henderson and Margaret Claypool; and her great grandchild Aubrey Catherine Ralls.

She is survived by : her children, Karen Sue Cornell of Ona, WV, Marlene Davis (Tom) of Huntington and David Cornell (Theresa) of Milton, WV; her grandchildren, Melissa Darby (Darrel), Tracy Ralls (Billy), Carissa McDonald (Travis), Kelly Hurley (Asa) and Timothy Cornell; and her great grandchildren, Brendan Darby (Dierdre), Campbell Darby, Ian Darby, Madeleine Darby, Coleman Ralls, Tyler McDonald, Emma McDonald and Chloe Hurley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
