He is survived by : his son Kevin Franklin Kelly of Hurricane, WV; his grandson Thomas Blaine Kelly of Hurricane, WV; his niece Kelly Coleman Albright of Huntington, WV; his cousin Anthony Baumgardner of Hornlake, MS; and his siblings, Marilyn Coleman of Milton, WV, Sally Johnson of Salt Rock, WV, Susie Parsons (John) of Ona, WV and Pete Kelly (Susan) of Milton, WV..
