She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Ray Cecil; and her siblings, Robert, James "Jimmy", Gary, Chester "Chuck" Tippins and Nancy Lemasters.
She is survived by: her children, John Daniel Cecil (Lisa) and Carrie Renee Perni (Mark); her grandchildren, Ashley Herbold (Marcus) and Cameron Still (Tess); her great grandchildren, Tyson, Evalyn and Gunnar Herbold; her cousin Ronald "Bud" Thomas (Christine); and her pets, Tater and Nipper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Paden City Garden Club in care of Sue Noland, treasurer at 505 N 3rd Ave, Paden City, WV 26159.
